Rimmel Special Eyes Eyeliner

Even though Rimmel's quality can be really unpredictable, I picked up their Special Eyes Eyeliner in "Black Magic," and ended up being pleased with it. It went on smoothly, without pulling at my skin. It showed up dark on the first swipe, which was nice. I smudged it with a makeup brush, and headed out for the day. When I came back, it was just like how I had it! I liked this eyeliner a lot, and will probably continue to buy Rimmel's eyeliners.
